Once we have this we will start our claims process immediately. 3   Requesting Your Credit Agreements/Assessing Your Potential Claim   If you haven't got your original credit agreement(s) we will need to request these for you. This extension now allows for lenders to have up to 16 weeks to deal with complaints so that they can successfully clear the backlog of cases.
